Travis J. McMillen

Biography

Travis J. McMillen is a Partner and board-certified civil trial attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns, representing injured clients throughout Central Florida and across the state of Florida. As a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, Travis is recognized as an expert in civil trial litigation—a distinction earned by only a small percentage of attorneys.

Travis focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall injuries, negligent security, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, and product liability claims. He has recovered millions of dollars for injured victims through both settlement and trial and has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts across Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, Orange, Osceola, Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Pasco, and Seminole counties.

With more than a decade of experience representing major insurance companies in complex litigation, Travis brings a unique strategic advantage to his clients. He understands how insurers evaluate, defend, and attempt to minimize personal injury claims—and uses that insight to build stronger cases, anticipate defense strategies, and pursue maximum compensation for his clients. Travis’s path to law began with a deep interest in history, government, and advocacy. During law school, he was selected for a competitive international exchange program, studying at Oxford University in England and Charles University in Prague. He also competed on a national Moot Court team and was elected to the Order of the Barristers, a distinction recognizing excellence in trial advocacy and legal writing.
