Committed to Our Central Florida Community
At Bogin, Munns & Munns, we are committed to helping Central Floridians recover from loss and protect their best interests. We are always working to help our clients understand how unique opportunities and changes in Florida law may affect their case, their business, or their assets.
Our team offers more than legal services, striving to enrich our community in Central Florida and give back to families in our region. We are proud to offer the following opportunities to students in Central Florida:
Focus on the Family Scholarship. We understand the impact that accidents can have on Florida families—and we know how strong family support can help victims recover. We offer scholarships to students who can speak to the importance of family in their own life.
The Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Scholarship. We support students who have a personal or professional interest in a disability that doesn’t often receive the attention it deserves.
Our Story
How Bogin, Munns & Munns Came to Be
Bruce Bogin had practiced with Maguire, Voorhis & Wells and Lowndes, Drosdick, Kantor & Reed. Ranier Munns had practiced with Maguire, Voorhis & Wells and Akermann-Senterfit. Rulon Munns practiced with Holland & Knight. All three had a vision of what Orlando would become in the years to follow and of the kind of law firm that would effectively serve the needs of the Central Florida community.
They foresaw a law firm that treats its clients and employees with respect, dignity, and fairness. A firm that gives outstanding and responsive service and strives to be extraordinarily competent in its work. It would be a law firm free of bureaucracy and not afraid to let the public know who they are and what they stand for.
From rather humble beginnings, Bogin, Munns & Munns went forward seeking to incorporate these important principles. In doing so, our firm has never lost sight of its most compelling goal: providing innovative and comprehensive representation at a fair price.
Bogin, Munns & Munns decided early on that it would not limit its practice to some narrowly-defined specialty, believing that a law firm can offer first-class representation in most areas of the legal practice. In this way, clients of all sizes and walks of life, whether corporate or individual, can be served under one roof. The key is having talented attorneys and staff who are dedicated to their chosen fields of practice.
“We have strived for 40 years to maintain a first class full-service law firm where we can address most all legal needs for individuals and corporate clients. We handle business matters, estate planning, complex real estate deals, litigation, and all manner of other legal matters. We also have a large, aggressive, and effective personal injury practice! Some people think that a law firm can’t have a dynamic personal injury practice under the same roof as a first class commercial law practice. Wrong! We’ve done it! And we’re proud of it!”
