Biography
Stephanie M. Boomershine is an intellectual property and business litigation attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns. She represents clients throughout Central Florida and nationwide from the firm’s Orlando office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property law, trademark protection, copyright law, trade secret disputes, and commercial litigation. In addition, she helps businesses protect, enforce, and defend valuable assets. These include trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, brand identity, and licensing rights.
With more than a decade of experience, Stephanie represents both businesses and individuals in litigation and transactional matters. She handles complex disputes in state and federal courts across the country. These include trademark infringement claims, trade dress disputes, copyright litigation, trade secret matters, and patent-related issues. Furthermore, because she has represented parties on both sides of intellectual property disputes, she understands enforcement strategies and defense tactics. As a result, she also understands the business concerns that often shape these cases.
In addition to litigation, Stephanie advises businesses on intellectual property portfolios. She assists with development, registration, maintenance, and protection of these assets. Moreover, she works closely with clients to create cost-effective legal strategies. These strategies align with business goals. In doing so, she recognizes that intellectual property is often one of a company’s most valuable assets and a key driver of long-term success.
Stephanie also handles domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. Through this work, she helps businesses protect their online presence and preserve their brand in a competitive digital marketplace.
Her practice includes a broad range of business litigation matters. These include unfair competition, breach of contract, defamation, licensing disputes, consumer protection claims, and franchise disputes. Because she works in both intellectual property and commercial litigation, she provides comprehensive legal counsel to businesses facing complex legal and operational challenges.
Additionally, Stephanie is fluent in Spanish. As a result, she serves a diverse client base with clear communication and practical guidance. She takes a client-focused approach to every matter. In particular, she helps clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence.
At Bogin, Munns & Munns, Stephanie works to protect her clients’ business interests and resolve disputes efficiently and strategically. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys traveling, distance running, and spending time outdoors with her husband and son.
