Biography
S.I. “Sandy” Valbh is a partner and estate planning attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns. He serves clients in Orlando and throughout Central Florida. In addition, he leads the firm’s estate planning department. In that role, he advises individuals, families, business owners, and investors. His work covers estate planning, probate, tax law, business formation, and real estate matters. These efforts help clients protect assets, reduce tax exposure, and plan for the future.
A practical, business-minded perspective defines Sandy’s approach. Before entering the legal profession, he worked as an accountant. That background gives him a clear understanding of the challenges business owners face. As a result, his guidance reflects both legal strategy and real-world business concerns. Clients benefit from his ability to explain complex legal and tax issues in clear terms. Tailored solutions remain a central focus of his work.
Extensive experience supports his estate planning and probate practice. His work includes sophisticated wills, trusts, and tax-conscious strategies. He also guides clients through estate administration. Many individuals rely on him to preserve wealth and protect family assets. Beyond estate planning, his practice includes business formation and structuring. Real estate and commercial real estate transactions are also part of his work. This broad experience allows him to support clients with overlapping personal and business needs.
Sandy earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University in 1994. He later earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Drake University College of Law in 1997. In 1998, he completed his LL.M. in Taxation, cum laude, at Georgetown University Law Center. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. Tax Court.
At Bogin, Munns & Munns, Sandy provides clear communication and practical legal counsel. He helps clients make informed decisions about wealth, business, taxes, and property. Whether creating an estate plan, guiding probate, or advising on a business entity, he focuses on long-term results. Real estate transactions also fall within his scope. In every matter, the goal remains the same: protect what clients have built and support future success.
Outside of his practice, Sandy enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. He also enjoys playing golf. He often describes the game as both frustrating and rewarding.
