Biography
James D. Kisio is a commercial real estate, business, and construction law attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns serving clients in Orlando, Clermont, Kissimmee, and throughout Central Florida. His practice focuses on commercial real estate, real estate development, construction disputes, business law, commercial leasing, and complex commercial litigation. He represents developers, landowners, contractors, business owners, and other clients in transactions, contracts, partnerships, and high-stakes disputes.
Before becoming an attorney, James worked as an aerospace engineer after earning his degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston while continuing his work in the aerospace industry. This technical background helps shape his analytical, detail-oriented approach to complex legal matters.
James began his legal career in aviation law before expanding his practice to include construction law, commercial litigation, corporate law, land development, and real estate transactions.
