These include insurance coverage disputes, property insurance claims, business disputes, appellate litigation, and consumer protection claims.
Christine decided to pursue a legal career at an early age. In grade school, she developed an interest in the law. At first, courtroom television dramas sparked that interest. Later, she gained a deeper understanding of the role attorneys play in society. As a result, she built a strong commitment to using the law for problem-solving and advocacy.
She began her legal career in Palm Beach County, Florida. There, she handled mortgage foreclosure defense and family law matters. Early in her career, she managed complex financial and emotionally charged cases. Through strong preparation and a consistent work ethic, she effectively advocated for her clients in high-pressure situations.
Christine later transitioned into property insurance litigation. In this role, she handled disputes involving insurance coverage, claim denials, and bad faith issues. Over time, she gained trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts. This experience strengthened her ability to manage cases from inception through appeal.
Her current practice includes a wide range of civil litigation matters. These include insurance disputes, appellate law, and business litigation. She also handles consumer protection issues, such as lemon law and auto dealer disputes. In addition, she represents clients in civil rights claims, defamation matters, and life insurance policy disputes. As a result, she works in highly contested and technical areas of law.
Christine is known for her meticulous preparation and analytical approach. She evaluates each case carefully and avoids making assumptions. Her clients value her calm demeanor and strategic thinking. They also appreciate her ability to guide them through complex and stressful disputes.
Although litigation is often adversarial, Christine emphasizes her role as a counselor. She helps clients understand their legal options and the risks involved. She also explains potential outcomes so clients remain informed at every stage of the process.
Christine earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is an active member of The Florida Bar, including the Family Law Section. In addition, she is a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
