Well, what comes to my mind, as who I think we really are, is just basically a group of very hard-working, very honest, very well-intentioned attorneys who want to get the job done for their clients.
Now… a person can say, “Well, gosh that’s really what all law firms are.” But I think the difference is that, that may be an ideal that all law firms strive for, but I’m not sure that that many of them really implement it in their daily practice routines.
I think that a lot of firms have those ideals but I’m not so sure that all that many of them really have that inculcated into the mindsets and the practice habits of their attorneys. And it manifests itself in a number of ways. I think it manifests itself in how you treat people.
Are you just good, decent people who want to give the kind of service that you would expect?
Do you return your phone calls?
Do you do what you say you’re going to do?
Do you do what you say you’re going to do when you say you’re going to do it?
Are you transparent and honest with your clients so that they really understand what’s happening?
…[J]ust basically a group of very hard-working, very honest, very well-intentioned attorneys who want to get the job done for their clients.
And again, that builds trust. So I think when I think of the law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns, I just think of good solid people who have good values, who are competent, who do good work, and clients can trust that with that law firm they will get the level-best of the attorneys and staff involved to get as good a result as possible.
