I am an experienced litigation and trial attorney that has been a part of the Bogin, Munns & Munns team for 8 years. I have achieved the largest civil tort verdicts at the firm in the last 10 years. My most recent verdicts have come in areas with very conservative jurist pools in Central Florida. I initially began my career working directly for the insurance industry, which makes me particularly qualified to litigate against them. I also spent time trying many cases as a prosecutor for the 18th Judicial Circuit in Seminole County where I spent upwards of 35 hours a week arguing motions and defending positions in front of multiple judges. I have litigated and tried cases throughout Central Florida’s I-4 corridor and am very familiar with the local court rules and preferences of the often particular judicial personalities. I have successfully recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars beyond the limits of insurance policies both pre- and post-verdict. I have established a reputation for an aggressive litigation style and a passionate and persuasive trial presence. Biography
I am a personal injury attorney who fights for his clients – for their rights, for their families and for their future. My personal and professional philosophy of fairness and justice drives me to represent every client as though they were a member of my family.
While attending law school in Miami, I served as the Florida State Clerk for a large, national insurance conglomerate. I saw firsthand the difficulty experienced by injured individuals when confronting goliath insurance companies. Through hard work and aggressive defense, I have recovered millions of dollars on behalf of my personal injury clients through settlement, litigation and trial.
My love of the American justice system stems from my childhood experiences while participating in Boy Scouts of America. There I developed the characteristics of citizenship, patriotism and unselfish service to others. As a nationally ranked Eagle Scout, I continue to teach these values to a new generation.
Whether behind a machine gun in Iraq or in the courtroom, I go to war. In 2003, while on deployment to Iraq, I was injured when an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) struck my convoy. I was awarded a Purple Heart for my injuries.
I proposed to my wife, Melanie via a satellite video feed from Baghdad, Iraq and thankfully she said yes. We have been married for 14 years and have four children ages 9 to 4 years. On weekends, I pursue my other passions: skydiving, scuba and surfing with sharks. I also serve as a spiritual leader of a local church.
