Rulon D. Munns is a commercial real estate and business law attorney with more than three decades of experience. He serves clients throughout Central Florida. Clients know him for his determination, thoroughness, and empathetic approach. He focuses on resolving complex legal matters while providing clarity and peace of mind.
His practice centers on commercial real estate, real estate development, business transactions, and corporate law. He represents developers, corporations, small businesses, financial institutions, title insurance companies, large landowners, and agricultural interests. Because of this broad client base, he brings a versatile and practical perspective to each matter. He handles both sophisticated commercial transactions and individual client needs with equal focus.
Since beginning his career in 1976, Rulon has managed a wide range of complex real estate transactions. These include shopping centers, office buildings, and large-scale developments of regional impact. In addition, he works on commercial leasing, zoning, and land use matters. He also negotiates developer agreements and represents clients before governmental and regulatory bodies. This experience positions him as a trusted advisor for high-value real estate and business matters.
A strong commitment to fairness and justice led him to pursue a legal career. He values helping clients resolve disputes and overcome challenges.
