Biography
Jon Dulaney is a personal injury attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns. He represents injured clients throughout Gainesville, Ocala, and surrounding communities in North Central Florida. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation. This includes auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, slip and fall injuries, premises liability, negligent security, product liability, and wrongful death claims.
Jon has built his practice around advocating for individuals and families who suffer serious injuries due to negligence. Throughout the legal process, he works closely with clients. In addition, he helps them pursue full and fair compensation for medical expenses, lost income, and the physical and emotional impact of their injuries.
In his career, Jon has handled a wide range of complex personal injury and product liability matters. Before law school, Jon began his academic career as a pre-med biology student at Southern Utah University. At that time, he planned to become a physician. During college, he worked at a juvenile detention center. There, he taught a “Laws & Consequences” class to youth. This experience showed him the impact of the legal system. As a result, it sparked his interest in law.
His work with at-risk youth strengthened Jon’s commitment to helping others improve their lives. In addition, it deepened his understanding of how guidance and mentorship can shape decisions. Therefore, he ultimately chose to pursue a career in personal injury law.
Jon earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2012. Since then, he has focused his practice on personal injury law. He represents clients in cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries caused by negligence.
Outside his legal practice, Jon enjoys spending time with his family. Moreover, he remains active in his church community. Family activities such as shopping, bowling, mini-golf, and attending sporting events are among his favorite pastimes.
