Biography
D. Graham Anderson is a personal injury attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns. He represents injured clients throughout Central Florida, including Clermont, Leesburg, The Villages, and surrounding communities. His practice focuses on helping individuals and families recover compensation after car accidents, slip and falls, and other injuries caused by negligence.
Graham brings extensive trial experience to his personal injury practice. As a result, he advocates effectively in both settlement negotiations and the courtroom. His litigation background helps him build strong cases and pursue maximum compensation for his clients.
He evaluates personal injury claims and guides clients through each stage of the legal process. Throughout the case, he works closely with injured individuals to explain their rights. He also helps them pursue compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. In addition, he ensures clients feel informed and supported.
Before representing injured clients, Graham worked for insurance companies. In that role, he evaluated and defended personal injury claims. This experience gives him insight into how insurers assess risk and limit payouts. Because of this background, he anticipates defense strategies and advocates more effectively for his clients.
At Bogin, Munns & Munns, Graham works as part of a results-driven personal injury team. The team focuses on holding negligent parties accountable and helping clients move forward after serious injuries.
Outside of his practice, Graham stays active in his church and community. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons. Together, they often surf and enjoy Florida’s outdoor lifestyle.
Graham speaks Spanish fluently. As a result, he serves Spanish-speaking personal injury clients throughout Central Florida.
