Biography
Adam S. Towers is a civil litigation, probate, and estate planning attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns. He serves clients in Gainesville, Ocala, and throughout North Central Florida. His practice focuses on complex business disputes, probate litigation, inheritance disputes, contested wills, estate planning, and probate administration. He represents individuals, families, and businesses in matters involving wills, trusts, estates, fiduciary disputes, and other complex legal issues.
With more than two decades of legal experience, Adam helps clients navigate challenging business conflicts and estate disputes. Property issues and probate litigation also fall within his practice. In particular, he has substantial experience with contested wills and inheritance disputes. Additionally, he helps clients create estate plans that protect assets, reflect their wishes, and reduce the risk of future conflict. Families also rely on him for guidance through probate and trust administration, where he provides clear and practical advice.
Clients recognize Adam for his strategic and thoughtful approach. He develops legal solutions based on each client’s goals. Whether handling business litigation or resolving a disputed estate matter, his focus remains on protecting client interests. As a result, he helps clients move forward with confidence.
Before moving to Florida, Adam practiced at one of California’s largest law firms. There, he handled sophisticated litigation matters and gained extensive experience in complex disputes. He joined the California Bar in 2001 and The Florida Bar in 2007. In addition, he is admitted to practice in multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
He remains active in both the legal profession and the local community. Recognition for client service includes the Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Gold Award and the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award.
Outside his legal practice, Adam is devoted to his family and community. Married since 1995, he is a proud father and grandfather. He is also active in his church community. In addition, he has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Central Florida.
