Biography
I am a shareholder at Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A. and the founding attorney of our Gainesville, Florida office, established in 2007. I have practiced law since 2001 and focus on representing both individuals and businesses in real estate law, business litigation, inheritance disputes, estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
Over the course of my career, I have handled a broad range of legal issues involving complex civil litigation, property disputes, business conflicts, and fiduciary obligations, advocating for clients in both the public and private sectors. Before relocating to Florida in 2006 to be near extended family, I practiced as an associate at one of California’s largest law firms.
My passion for the law began in high school, inspired by a mentor who was an attorney. I’ve always been drawn to service-oriented roles, and the legal profession has allowed me to combine problem-solving skills with a strong desire to help others. I take pride in helping clients navigate some of life’s most stressful legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
Clients often tell me my greatest strength is my ability to ask the right questions—many of them. I take a thoughtful, creative approach to each case, always focused on finding solutions that align with my client’s unique goals and circumstances. I work tirelessly to earn and keep my clients’ trust.
Outside of the office, I’ve been married since 1995 and am the proud parent of four children, two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and a granddaughter who has my heart. I am active in my church community and have held various leadership positions, including leading our college-age congregation since 2020. I have also served on the Board of Directors for several nonprofit organizations, most recently with Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Central Florida (2017–2024). I am a proud graduate of Leadership Gainesville Class 37 (2011).
