Biography
Sarah E. Wade is a personal injury attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns. She serves clients throughout Central Florida, including Clermont, Orlando, Leesburg, and The Villages. Her practice focuses on personal injury litigation. In particular, she represents individuals injured due to negligence in automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, big truck accidents, premises liability incidents, and wrongful death claims.
Sarah brings extensive litigation experience and a strong commitment to client advocacy. Before joining Bogin, Munns & Munns, she represented large corporations and insurance companies in personal injury matters. As a result, she gained valuable insight into how insurance carriers evaluate risk, assess claims, and approach settlement negotiations. She now uses that knowledge to anticipate defense strategies and build stronger cases for injured clients.
In addition, Sarah analyzes cases from multiple perspectives. This approach helps her develop well-rounded legal strategies tailored to each client’s situation. She also takes a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every case. Moreover, she keeps clients informed and supports them throughout the legal process.
Sarah is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in her clients’ lives. She helps clients navigate difficult circumstances and pursue the compensation they deserve. She understands the physical, emotional, and financial toll that injuries can cause. Therefore, she works diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes for those she represents.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Humanities/Pre-Law with an emphasis in Philosophy from Michigan State University. She later earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. She gained admission to The Florida Bar in 2008 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Outside of her legal practice, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. In addition, she values family time and enjoys visiting Florida’s beaches, where they relax and recharge together.
