Biography
Miranda Raustad is a criminal defense attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns. She represents clients throughout Central Florida, including Orlando, Clermont, Kissimmee, Melbourne, Orange City, Leesburg, Ocala, The Villages, Titusville, and Daytona Beach.
Her practice focuses on defending individuals facing criminal charges, as well as record sealing and expungement. She also handles suspended license violations and other traffic-related offenses. Miranda represents clients in misdemeanor and felony cases, along with serious traffic violations.
Before joining the firm, Miranda worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County, Florida. She represented hundreds of clients across a wide range of criminal matters. Her experience includes both misdemeanor and felony cases, as well as traffic offenses. This role gave her significant courtroom experience and strengthened her ability to advocate effectively at every stage of the legal process.
