Biography
Keith Arago is a civil litigation attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns. He represents clients in Orlando, Kissimmee, Clermont, Leesburg, and throughout Central Florida. His practice includes real estate litigation, creditor and debtor disputes, probate and estate litigation, and defamation claims. He works with individuals and businesses facing difficult legal issues and provides strategic, practical guidance from start to finish.
Since beginning his legal career in 2012, Keith has handled matters in Florida state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. His litigation experience allows him to guide cases through every phase of the process. He helps clients pursue resolution through negotiation, motion practice, or trial, depending on the needs of the case.
Keith is known for his thoughtful and strategic approach. He evaluates each matter carefully, develops strong legal arguments, and works to protect his clients’ legal and financial interests. He also believes effective advocacy requires ongoing learning and the ability to understand multiple perspectives. As a result, he helps clients navigate complex disputes with clarity and confidence.
At Bogin, Munns & Munns, Keith advises clients in disputes involving property rights, financial obligations, estate matters, and reputational harm. He works to resolve legal obstacles efficiently while keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process.
Outside the office, Keith is a dedicated husband and father of three. He enjoys spending time with his family and remains active in his community. He is a member of the Christian Legal Society and has contributed to legal scholarship, including published work on constitutional and public policy issues.
