Biography
Justin Brick is an estate planning and probate attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns serving clients in Orlando, Clermont, Kissimmee, and throughout Central Florida. His practice focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate administration, and related real estate matters. He helps individuals and families put clear legal plans in place, protect their assets, and navigate probate with confidence.
Justin began his legal career at an estate planning and probate law firm in Longwood. He started as a legal assistant and later became an associate attorney after passing The Florida Bar. There, he built hands-on experience in wills, trusts, and probate matters. Over time, he also developed a growing interest in real estate law.
Justin later opened his own law firm focused on estate planning and probate. During that time, he refined his skills in drafting estate planning documents and handling probate administration. He also expanded his work in real estate-related matters, including landlord-tenant disputes. Before joining Bogin, Munns & Munns, he practiced with firms in Mount Dora and Clermont, where he handled estate planning, probate, and complex property-related issues.
Clients know Justin for his attention to detail and thorough approach. He takes pride in drafting carefully worded wills and trusts that provide clarity and protect his clients’ long-term interests. He believes precision matters, especially in estate planning, where small details can make a major difference later.
Justin is motivated by the opportunity to help people through difficult personal and financial situations. He values the relief clients feel when a probate matter reaches resolution, an estate plan is complete, or a property dispute is settled. He also wants clients to see him as a trusted resource. Even when a matter falls outside his practice, he works to point people in the right direction.
Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Justin enjoys indoor rowing, staying active, and following Philadelphia sports teams. He also participated in the Presidential Classroom program in high school, where he spent time at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. learning about government and public service.
