Joseph Fabbi

Biography

Joseph Fabbi is an estate planning and probate attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns serving clients throughout Central Florida. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, and helping individuals and families prepare for the future with confidence and peace of mind.

Joseph developed an early interest in the law through his passion for the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. He earned his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2019. During his legal studies and early career, he gained experience in criminal law and tax law before pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. While completing his graduate legal studies, he focused on estate planning and related tax matters.

Joseph has experience assisting clients with estate planning and probate matters. He enjoys helping individuals and families create estate plans that provide clarity and security for the future. He also values guiding families through the probate process and helping beneficiaries receive their portion of an estate as efficiently as possible.

Clients appreciate Joseph’s thoughtful and approachable manner, as well as his ability to explain legal concepts clearly and practically. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and provide guidance tailored to their personal and family needs.

Outside of his legal practice, Joseph enjoys spending time with his two sons. He enjoys camping, spending time outdoors during Florida’s cooler seasons, and relaxing at the pool during warmer months. In his free time, he also enjoys reading nonfiction and writing poetry.
