John W. Bolanovich

Biography

John W. Bolanovich is an employment and labor law attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns. He serves clients throughout Central Florida, including Orlando, Clermont, Kissimmee, Melbourne, Orange City, St. Cloud, and Titusville. His practice focuses on employment law, hospitality law, and a broad range of civil and commercial legal matters.

John brings a unique perspective to his practice. Before becoming an attorney, he spent years in executive-level roles within the hospitality industry. As a result, he understands business operations, corporate management, and the challenges employers face. This background allows him to deliver practical and strategic legal guidance. He represents both employers and employees in labor and employment disputes. These include wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, and contract-related issues.

John earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He graduated with academic honors and served as a member of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review. While in law school, he clerked for the Miami District Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Through this role, he gained early experience in employment law.

Throughout his career, John has worked with both large national law firms and Florida-based firms. He has represented clients in both the public and private sectors. In addition, he has handled class action litigation and complex legal disputes. As a result, he brings extensive experience to high-stakes employment matters.
