She represents clients in Orlando, Clermont, Kissimmee, Leesburg, Melbourne, Ocala, Orange City, St. Cloud, The Villages, Titusville, Daytona Beach, and throughout Central Florida. Her practice focuses on criminal defense, DUI defense, traffic violations, juvenile cases, and related criminal court matters. She provides strategic and experienced representation that protects her clients’ rights, records, and futures.
Board certification represents one of the highest distinctions for a criminal trial attorney in Florida. Christina has built her career on strong courtroom advocacy, careful case analysis, and thorough preparation. She brings extensive jury and bench trial experience to her work. In addition, she is known for a calm and detail-oriented approach in high-stakes cases.
Christina began her legal career at the Ninth Circuit Public Defender’s Office. There, she worked in the juvenile division before she transitioned into county and circuit court criminal defense. Over 6.5 years, she handled a wide range of criminal matters. She tried more than 40 jury trials and 11 bench trials. She also authored multiple writs. In addition, she oversaw mental health court proceedings in Osceola County, where she worked with individuals facing both legal and mental health challenges.
She later expanded her litigation experience in civil insurance defense. In that role, she represented insurance carriers in first-party property claims from pre-suit investigation through litigation and trial. This experience sharpened her investigative skills. It also strengthened her ability to anticipate opposing strategies.
Christina’s background in both criminal and civil defense allows her to evaluate cases from multiple perspectives. As a result, she builds strong and well-prepared defenses. At Bogin, Munns & Munns, she provides clear guidance and effective advocacy for clients facing criminal charges throughout Central Florida.
