Mr. Yacoub pursued his specialized Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law at New York University (NYU) School of Law – the leading law school in International Law in the nation. He obtained his three law degrees through merit-based full-ride scholarships. During his time at NYU, he was a graduate editor at NYU Journal of International Law and Politics (JILP) and a co-author to a world-renowned International Law Professor. Amin R. Yacoub is a business immigration attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns. He serves clients nationwide and internationally from the firm’s Orlando office. His practice focuses on employment-based immigration. This includes EB-1A Extraordinary Ability petitions, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, employment visas, green card applications, adjustment of status, consular processing, and family-based immigration. He also handles other complex U.S. immigration matters. He represents professionals, entrepreneurs, physicians, scientists, engineers, researchers, nurses, academics, and other highly skilled individuals who seek to live and work in the United States.
Amin has built a strong reputation in immigration law. He helps clients pursue lawful permanent residency and other immigration benefits. He prepares strategic and carefully structured petitions. In particular, he has successfully represented clients in EB-1A and EB-2 NIW cases across the United States and around the world. Amin speaks Arabic fluently. As a result, he serves a diverse international client base.
