GAINESVILLE – Save the Dates!  It seems the only thing Gainesville business and real estate attorney Phil Kabler is scared of this season is a day off!  He’ll be around Gainesville (and all over the Internet) working off that Halloween sugar high by participating in not one, but two Lorman Education Services live webinars *and* sitting on the panel at the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association – Law in the Library!  That’s right!  Three events, one of which is absolutely free and open to the public!

On Monday, October 28, join Phil at the Alachua County Library District’s Headquarters Branch for the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association‘s “Law in the Library – Before and After the Storm: Insurance and Contracts” from 6pm to 7pm!  He’ll be one of 4 attorneys discussing how to prepare for natural disasters, and how to recover after disaster inevitably strikes.

Next on the calendar (literally Tuesday, October 29 at 1pm) is Lorman Education Services‘ live webinar, “Drafting for Real Estate Lawyers!”  It’s a great excuse to complete some CLE (continuing legal education) requirements, so RSVP by clicking the link in the title!  This 90-minute webinar will appeal to many types of professionals, such as presidents & VPs, zoning professionals, engineers, government officials, land surveyors, and more!

Then Phil will take a couple weeks to recharge just in time for his second Lorman Education Services live webinar, a live encore performance of his March 2018 presentation entitled, “Commercial Lease Risk Management.”  He’ll be streaming live on Tuesday, November 19 at 1pm!

Keep an eye out on our website for further updates for these and other events.  In the meantime, here’s the “at-a-glance” so you can set your reminders!
