Trial Team Experience
I have over 10 years of trial experience and have tried cases in front of judges and juries all over Florida. The majority of my trials have been cases related to automobile accidents and/or trip and falls where I represented the defendant. In every trial where liability was disputed, my client’s position prevailed. I have also argued appeals in front of the Fifth District Court of Appeals and prepared a brief for a case in front of the Florida Supreme Court.
My favorite thing about being a personal injury attorney is the people that I get to meet and help along the way. Whether it is helping an injured person obtain a well deserved settlement, or counseling someone through a difficult legal decision. No two cases, or two days at the office, are ever the same. Ever since I can remember, I always wanted to be an attorney. I have never backed down from a good debate and I find satisfaction in assisting individuals navigate their way through an often difficult to understand legal process.
Prior to joining Bogin, Munns & Munns as a personal injury attorney, I defended large corporations and insurance companies. During that time I learned the ins and outs of how those companies evaluate and resolve cases.
My greatest strengths as an attorney are my ability to see both sides of the case. I believe that my ability to understand both the good and bad aspects of a case allows me to properly evaluate the case in order to obtain the best results for the client.
If I were not practicing law, I would have become a teacher. I have always loved being around children and helping them learn new skills. My absolute favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband and two children. We love the Florida beaches and if I am not at work you will probably find me close to the water.
