Below is a directory of local government buildings and offices that may become very important when certain situations arise. For example, you may find yourself in need of a consulate if you lost your travel visa. You may need to go to a courthouse to settle a litigation dispute with a real estate broker or have to contact a hospital to learn what times you can visit a friend after she was injured in a car accident. We have put together this helpful informaton as a valuable reference for the typically less common occasions in life. Although most of us don't regularly need to look up municipal buildings, we find ourselves seeking this information when it is concerning an important or urgent matter.
The majority of valuable contact information (mailing addresses & phone numbers), hours of operation, and website addresses provided for important local government buildings and offices found in our directory apply only to Central Florida counties. The Florida counties included are Alachua, Brevard, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia. As an exception, we provide information on the consulates of various countries located within the entire state of Florida. City halls, consulates, courthouses, Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV's), hospitals, jails & prisons, police departments & sheriff offices, and tax service offices are the municipal buildings and offices that we supply information.
Please contact us if you would like to contribute more information, have an edit suggestion, or would like to provide general feedback regarding our county and state municipalities.
