Our Personal Injury Department has become one of the most successful plaintiff practices in Orlando and surrounding Central Florida areas. Originally, Ranier Munns was representing approximately 20 insurance companies, providing primarily insurance defense litigation. Subsequently, the firm decided to practice predominantly in the plaintiff arena and, for the past 30 years, has been exclusively representing injured individuals in serious accidents and death claims. The nature of our plaintiff’s practice has increased to include medical malpractice, nursing home, aviation cases, products liability and other serious negligence actions.

A team of experienced trial lawyers and effective paralegal/case managers enables the firm to handle a wide variety of cases.
