Ms. Hosley received her Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude from Stetson University, majoring in Economics, Political Science, and International Studies.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law.  While at Emory, Ms. Hosley had the pleasure of clerking for Judge Marcy Louza, an administrative law judge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and was a certified mediator in the state of Georgia. 

Ms. Hosley is an active member of the community.  She represents on a pro bono basis children adjudicated dependant as a Guardian ad Litem for the Orange County Bar Association Legal Aid Society.  She was honored with the New Attorney of Excellence Award by the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association for her work as a Guardian ad Litem.  Ms. Hosley is also a member of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee and Orange County Bar Association Professionalism Committee.  She is actively involved in Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers (CFAWL).  She is also a member of the Habitat for Humanity Family Selection Committee and a member of the Orange County History Center’s Young Professionals Advisory Council.

In 2010, Ms. Hosley was appointed to the Ninth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee of the Florida Bar and is currently serving on that Committee.

Her areas of substantial experience include:  products liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation, with a background in business law and real property, allowing her to assist clients with their business, contract and transactional matters and disputes.
