Adam Towers is a shareholder with Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A., and was the founding attorney of the Gainesville office in 2007. Adam has been handling business and real estate litigation since 2001. During that time he has handled a variety of matters for public and private clients involving contract disputes, business dissolution, commercial and residential tenancy, eminent domain, code enforcement and insurance claims. Adam is regularly retained by national title insurance companies and individuals to resolve real estate title disputes. Before relocating to Florida to live near extended family, Adam spent five years working for Best Best & Krieger LLP, one of the largest law firms based in California.
Adam has been married since 1995 and has four children. In addition to work and family life, Adam is also very active in his church and community. Adam is the Bishop of the Gainesville 2nd Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, sits on the Boards of Directors for the Gainesville Civic Chorus, and is a recent graduate of Leadership Gainesville Class 37.
