Scott Zirkle is a trial attorney and has been practicing law since 1994. He is licensed in Florida (2003) and in California (1994). Scott was born in Indiana and graduated from the University of Arizona (B.A. 1987) and Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D. 1993).
