Richard received his undergraduate degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, N.Y. He graduated from Western New England Law School in 1984. Richard has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1990. Among his many years experience in employment and workers compensation he work for four years with Walt Disney World in their Labor Relations Department. Richard is an experienced litigator and works in our commercial litigation department where he handles labor and employment cases, commercial litigation cases and some limited Workers' Comp cases.
