Born: May 8, 1947 in Daytona Beach, Florida; admitted to The Florida Bar in 1972; Florida Supreme Court, 1972; U.S. District Court for Middle District of Florida, 1980; U.S. Court of Military Appeals, 1992; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, 1993; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, 2000. Education: Daytona Beach Junior College (A.A. 1967); University of Florida (B.A. 1969, J.D., 1972). Professional career includes membership in The Florida Bar and service on its Education Law, Government Lawyer and Administrative Law committees; service as a member of the Attorneys Real Property Council of Northeast Florida Arbitration Panel and service as School Board Attorney for Nassau County and Collier County, Florida. Attorney member of The Fund.
