Education: Daytona Beach Junior College (A.A. 1967); University of Florida (B.A. 1969, J.D., 1972). Professional career includes membership in The Florida Bar and service on its Education Law, Government Lawyer and Administrative Law committees; service as a member of the Attorneys Real Property Council of Northeast Florida Arbitration Panel and service as School Board Attorney for Nassau County and Collier County, Florida.
