Adam Towers has been practicing law since 2001 and is licensed in both Florida and California.  Adam heads up the Gainesville office and handles a variety of business and real estate litigation matters including contract and title disputes, commercial and residential landlord/tenant problems, eminent domain and inverse condemnation issues, as well as code enforcement and substandard building matters.  Adam also handles matters involving personal injury and property damage.  Adam is a member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association based in Gainesville and is the secretary for the North Florida Association of Real Estate Attorneys.

Adam graduated with a degree in History in 1998 from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and received his Law degree in 2001 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Adam has been admitted to practice before all Federal District Courts within California, the Northern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court.  Before relocating to Gainesville to live near extended family, Adam spent five years working for Best Best & Krieger LLP, one of the largest law firms based in California.   Adam is married and has four children.  When not in the office or in court, Adam can be found running in local races, coaching his son’s baseball team or volunteering as the Cubmaster for his son’s Cub Scout pack.
