Adam Towers is a shareholder with Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A., and was the founding attorney of the Gainesville office in 2007. Adam has been handling business and real estate litigation since 2001. During that time he has handled a variety of matters for public and private clients involving contract disputes, business dissolution, commercial and residential tenancy, eminent domain, code enforcement and insurance claims. Adam has also developed a specialty in resolving real estate title defects and is regularly retained by national title insurance companies for their insured policy holders.

Adam graduated with a degree in History in 1998 from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and received his Law degree in 2001 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Adam is admitted to practice in Florida and California, as well as all Federal District Courts within California, the Middle and Northern District Courts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Before relocating to Florida to live near extended family, Adam spent five years working for Best Best & Krieger LLP, one of the largest law firms based in California.

Adam has been married since 1995 and has four children. In addition to work and family life, Adam is also very active in his church and community. Adam is the Bishop of the Gainesville 2nd Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, sits on the Boards of Directors for the Gainesville Breakfast Club and the Gainesville Civic Chorus, and was recently selected to participate in Leadership Gainesville Class 37.
